Founded in 1984, Mission Property Management is a company that has managed properties in the East Bay for more than three decades. In 2008, however, a spry and successful Bay Area realtor named Carl Fox decided to branch out and expand his real estate services. Carl purchased Mission Property Management in 2008 and has grown the company to be one of the most successful East Bay property management companies around, all while maintaining a high level of real estate sales. In a span of 13 years, Carl has more than doubled the business and increased the staff from three employees to a team of seven helpful people. Mission Property Management collects over $10 million in rent each year and manages a diverse portfolio of hundreds of rental properties with an estimated value of over $400 million.

Carl Fox

Broker & Owner

A California native, Carl was born right off the runway near Edwards Air Force base in Lancaster, California. Raised mainly in SoCal, he has embraced all the adventure California has to offer. Sports, camping, hiking, parachuting, and cycling have been his great passions throughout the years. Carl has hiked up to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite twice and spent the night there. He has been in the Bay Area for all of his adult life, has lived in Fremont for the nearly 30 years, and has a beautiful wife and three adult children. When he’s not hard at work in the office helping owners and tenants, you’ll likely find him in his garage finetuning his woodworking skills.

Lee McEachern, CCRM

Consultant

Lee, a.k.a. “Lee-onardo,” brings over a decade and a half of experience in the rental housing industry with him to Mission Property Management. A California native, Lee loves to soak in all that the Bay Area has to offer. It’s his passion to ensure that our company is always functioning at its fullest capacity, but when he’s not leading, advising, and teaching, you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife and two beautiful children.

Maria Gonzalez, CCRM

Property Manager

The original Maria, a.k.a. “Margo,” was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area 30+ years ago. She graduated from James Logan High School in Union City and loves enjoying all that the Bay Area has to offer. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family either outdoors, on family trips, or on a relaxing movie night. She has been with Mission Property Management for a number of years, is a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), and has a great understanding of the laws and the lay of the land. She brings a wonderful can-do attitude and tons of optimism into the office and and is an excellent listener when it comes to working with owners and residents.

Crystal Corley

Property Manager

Crystal joins Mission Property Management with strong experience in real estate and property management. She has worked in both the commercial and residential industry. Although not a native to California, she feels at home and continues to explore all that this beautiful state has to offer! When she is not working, you can find her reading, writing. You may also find her practicing her passion for yoga and meditation and getting into her “Zen zone,” as she likes to call it. The active side of Crystal loves hiking, backpacking, or biking with her fiancé.

Maria Lopes

Accountant

The second of the three Maria’s, a.k.a. “Marlo,” has been with Mission Property Management since 2018. Marlo has lived in the Bay Area for 40+ years and is an avid weekend adventurer. She enjoys spending time with her hubby and their four-legged rescue mutt, Molly. Molly is a giant ball of energy who promptly reminds her parents if it’s past her walk time. Marlo has spent several decades working in accounting and looks forward to helping you with your bookkeeping needs.

Sharon Gordon

Maintenance Facilitator

Sharon is the hard-working leader of our Maintenance team and brings both solutions and laughter into the office. She is a Golden State native and has been a Fremonter for 15+ years. She considers herself an amateur juggler, and when she’s not busy juggling her active work schedule, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and photography.

Jinger Hair

Office Administrator

Jinger is the longest-standing Mission Property Management vet as she has diligently served as our Office Administrator for nearly a decade. She grew up in the Bay Area and has called Fremont home for several years. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her two dogs. She is also an avid thrifter and loves to find hidden gems anytime she gets the chance. You may also find her waving down from the top of Mission Peak on a beautiful Bay Area afternoon.

Maria Mitchell

Marketing Coordinator

Bringing up the caboose of the three Maria’s, “Mitchell” is an Alabama native – a tried and true southern girl at heart with a West Coast flare. As a former student-athlete at Auburn University, she was a member of the most decorated graduating class in Auburn Softball history. As a graduate of Auburn’s Harbert College of Business, she knows how to put the brightest spotlight on your home. With her background in law, digital media strategy, and paid advertising, Mitchell knows how to hone in on the task and turn the project into a grand slam.
